Pantene shampoo and conditioner?

Has anyone tried the new line by pantene pro-v - Texturize shampoo and conditioner and what did they think about the results?Pantene shampoo and conditioner?
Yes! It made my hair look sooo damaged! I was surprised because i've been using the regular pantene volumizing shampoo/conditioner for years with great results...i have no idea why the new line killed my hair!Pantene shampoo and conditioner?
Pantene Pro-V or ANYTHING made by Pantene is BAD for your hair. The only reason it may seem soft and great looking is because there's wax in it. You've probably just experienced the wax build up in your hair.

Don't use their stuff; it's a waste of money and it's crap.
Hey guy ! I didn't try it and I don't advice u to try it cause as other friends said it damages ur hair
ive never tried it, but if it is bothering u and making ur hair dry then please dont use it
SO SINK AND SHINNY
Pantene uses unhealthy ingredients in all their products. They often use an ingredient that can also be found in floor wax. Even the ones that dont ruin your hair off the bat are not good for your hair. I would choose any other brand than pantene.
ya i've tryed pantenes products and i usually don't like them. i've also heard that it has some kind of chemical in it that if you color your hair after you use it damages it way bad!

What is your favorite shampoo and conditioner?

SUNSILK!!!! their conditioner works great!!!What is your favorite shampoo and conditioner?

Conditioner. No matter what I do, I always run out of that first.

What Shampoo and Conditioner do you use? and Why?

Sunsilk Hydro Theraphy(the pink bottles) because it adds moisture to me hair. I have problems with my hair drying out. Also it helps my hair stay together rather than little strands sticking out. What Shampoo and Conditioner do you use? and Why?
GarnierWhat Shampoo and Conditioner do you use? and Why?
Paul Mitchell Tea Tree- It gets my hair reall clean, and it tingles :)
The absolute best is the new brand called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells awesome!!! Organix has different collections for different hair types which are all amazing! You can get Organix at Target, Albertsons, Kroger, Bed Bath %26amp; Beyond, Duane Reade, Safeway, etc. You'll love it!

TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey. I use it because it smells good and it makes my hair soft and shiny.
I think Pantene is the best. Right now I'm using the Ice Shine line. It makes my hair shiny, managable and smells great. Garnier left a build up on my hair after a while, Pantene doesn't. They also have a wide variety of shampoos, conditioners and styling aids to choose from for any hair type and they work and are reasonably priced. As my hair needs change, I use other products in the same line.
Aussie!!!!!!!!!!!!cuz its awesome and it works amazing! and i also use herbalesenses it smells so good and its very moisturizing!
Garnier Sleek %26amp; Shine; because it makes my hair sleek %26amp; shiny. :D
i like dove. it just works best on my hair, and i like the way it smells. it just makes my hair feel really clean but also soft.

my suggestion is to just keep trying shampoos till you find one that works in the way that you want it to. because different shampoos are different for everyone. different people want different results because we all have different hair.
i use sunsilk green because it tames frizz :)
Aveda , because it smells soo good and it works well with my hair!
i use it all expect the cheap stuff it's crap

What are the best shampoo and conditioner?

I'm just looking for the best brands possible, what worked well for you? What are the best shampoo and conditioner?
well of course it all depends on what kind of hair you have,,,

if you have silky smooth hair and its washed daily ( aka white ppl hair )

i'd use herbal escenses hello hydration 2 in1 shampoo %26amp; conditioner. quickk and easy! and it keeps your hair hydrated but not oily.

if you have curly unruly hair you should use aussie Moist shampoo %26amp; 3 minute miracle. it mousterises hair and keeps its from splittting. also it helps with fly aways!

if yu have black ppl hair, use cream of nature 2in 1 conditoner %26amp; shampoo. dosnt dry hair and keeps all good oils in hair while removing sweat %26amp; dirt.

if yu have just plane normal hair. i'd use herbal essense ';long term relationship'; shampoo %26amp; conditioner (red bottle) .. thats what i use.,

mainly just for the fact its supposed to help with split ends and keep your hair long and pretty!!!

hope that helps!

any ?'s ask! What are the best shampoo and conditioner?
SunSilk is the absolute best ever.I use the straight to perfection kind in the purple bottle and it alaways leaves me hair soft and shiny never frizzy or cringly or dry.And it comes in all types of formula for different types of hair.If you want the best result with SunSilk buy the whole set of what kind you want to buy this includes the 24/7 creme the Shampoo and Conditioner.I hope this helps.
I have used all Aveda products since high school. They are pricey, but really make a difference if you have problem hair. My favorite products are the Rosemary Mint shampoo/conditioner and the fabulous Pure Abundance Volumnizing shampoo/conditioner. http://www.aveda.com.
I love Aussie! I use almost their whole line of products!

I switched to Herbal Essences for a while (Their Long Hair line was really good but made my scalp hurt. I'm pretty sensitive to that). I'm using Pantene for Long Hair for a while now, but plan to switch back to Aussie so it really works well again (you know, you use something for too long, it doesn't do much for your hair anymore...)
My mother is a hair stylist she gives me ';silk result'; by Joico...you can find it at beauty supply stores along with blow drying cream and heat protecting spray....but the catch is you cant find it at a drug store or ';super'; shopping center...its def worth the extra cash though
Redken. If you want to be specific, All Soft by Redken. It is the best name brand of hair products and I will never use anything but it. Once you use All Soft, you will never want to use anything else!
Everyone has different hair. What might work for others might not work for you.. Take this test and find out :)

  • how to apply
  • What do you put on first the conditioner or the shampoo ?

    i know its stupid

but will the result be different if i put the conditioner first ?

What do you put on first the conditioner or the shampoo ?
    ';shampoo is better, i go on first and clean the hair.';

    ';conditioner is better, i make the hair silky and smooth.';

    ';oh really, fool?';

    ';yeah, really!';

    ';stop looking at me, swan!';

    Billy Madison.

What do you put on first the conditioner or the shampoo ?
..Yes. If you condition your hair first, then shampoo, your hair won't be as soft when you get out of the shower. You'll notice that after shampooing your hair, it feels almost the same as it does after you first get in and get it wet; it's not silky or soft, just wet hair. And that when you put conditioner in your hair, it's really smooth and silky, even after you wash it out. I always think of it as like, the shampoo is the soap that cleans your hair, and then the conditioner puts back the vitamins and minerals that shampoos accidentally take out of your hair. If you shampoo second, then the conditioner is kind of canceled out.
The conditioner is kinda oily a little, so if you put conditioner on and washed that off, and then shampooed your hair you would wash the conditioner out of your hair and defeat the purpose of the conditioner which is to make it not so dry and crispy from the shampoo.
Yeah basically if you do conditioner first then shampoo basically it will be as if you didnt put conditioner in at all. Try it so you can see lol.

    But yeah thats why the back of the bottle says ';after shampooing, condition your hair...';
Shampoo opens up the hair, in order to get the dirt out. Conditioner closes it, so that the hair doesn't get damaged.

If you put shampoo on and don't put conditioner on after it, it will dry out the hair.
Shampoo then conditioner. Conditioner smoothes the hair so when you brush it or whatever it doesn't tangle very easy. If you used conditioner then shampoo when the hair is dried it will feel dry and look dull.
the shampoo is supposed to clean ur hair and get the dirt out. if u put the conditioner on first youre just securing the dirt in your hair and not getting it out.
    it's good to ask.

shampoo will dry your hair, while conditioners put moisture into your hair. so start with shampooing than use conditioners.

ignore the people who are saying stupid, they're just rude. :)
    duhhhhhh

    shampoo than conditioner

it even says it on the directions on the bottle
is this a trick question? lol..

I used tresseme a few years ago, as they had just put it on the open market, instead of only selling it at beauty shops or beautician supply stores. I was not impressed with it.
I found it made my hair very easy to break, always felt as if there was a film of something on it..like grime, even when I'd cleaned it. Also made my hair fall out.....! Not like clumps but a lot more than hair should.

Has anyone tried Faith in Nature's Ginkgo Biloba Conditioner and shampoo? It says 'for blondes' on it and I'm blonde and have been thinking of buying it. How does it benefit blonde hair?

    Thanks very much.

    xGinkgo Biloba shampoo %26amp; conditioner?
its a fancy name and it has an energizing smell. It may help with breakage.

What shampoo and deep conditioner works best on black people's hair?

This would help very much! Thanks! :DWhat shampoo and deep conditioner works best on black people's hair?
Well black hair varies in texture by the person. So ill go with what i know works best. No pantene, it dosent work like it used to back in the day. Also NEVER use Suave, that stuff is bad quality. Now from the drugstore i suggest; Loreal Vive Pro Hydra Gloss Shampoo (Dry or Severely Dry hair both work great) This leaves your hair really soft and SHINY with continued use, when i buy the same product more than twice, its a sign its good. Another shampoo i use to get my hair clean (when it gets product buildup) is Herbal Essences Come Clean Shampoo, it dosent dry out hair. A good drugstore deep conditioner is Aussie 3 Min Miracle Reconstructor, Sydney Smooth or Moisture formula, its only about $4 and works excellent.

If your local beauty supply (not sallys) carries ethnic products, the best brands to purchase from there are Keracare %26amp; Aphogee. The Aphogee Keratin Reconstructor is a GREAT deep conditioner, and it should only be about $5.

For future reference, finding products that work on your hair is alot about trial and error. SInce black hair is usually fragile and dry, just steer toward products aimed at moisturizing and smoothing before anything else. Even if your hair dosent feel dry, these will work best. What shampoo and deep conditioner works best on black people's hair?
The best affordable shampoo and conditioner I use is Pantene Pro-V Relaxed %26amp; Natural Breakage Defense Shampoo and Conditioner. The hydrating conditoner mask is also very good. That is sold in a jar and lately have been having a hard time finding it. I highly recommend those products though.

Also, its good for natural hair, too.

    Which natural shampoo/conditioner....?

Which all natural shampoo and conditioner works best? I have been using the Avalon Organics, but the conditioner does nothing for my hair. I get HUGE knots in it right after I brush it.Which natural shampoo/conditioner....?
Yes, there are some great over-the-counter natural shampoos and conditioners. For the most part, I'm of the truly-natural-is-better school.

There are many great recipes out there for making some of these at home. My fiance and I have discovered many of them in Better Basics for the Home: Simple Solutions for Less Toxic Living (a book).

I'll admit, there can be some pretty out-there home recipes, but by comparison, there are some pretty out-there ingredients in your average bottle of commercial shampoo.

I've tried Dr. Bronner's and it works great! I've also tried some of the recipes on the Better Basics book, and find small variations to be perfectly suited to my own needs. There's certainly nothing wrong with experimentation.

    N%26amp;J @ http://badhuman.wordpress.comWhich natural shampoo/conditioner....?
Dr. Bronners makes the best. They have an almond oil shampoo that makes my hair really shiny and soft. I love the stuff.
I'd try Burt's Bees. I've been using their shampoo/conditioner for a few months now and I've fallen in love.
What scent Avalon Organics did you try?

Have you tried the Avalon Organics lavender? I don't always have good luck with natural conditioners, but I find it rocks.

i hate herbal essences. its full of alcohol which is very bad for ur hair kuz it dries it out and makes it limp. the damage is really hard to fix. save ur hair and dont use itHerbal Essences Shampoo + Conditioner?
    Hi huns,

i've tried herbal essenses shampoo a few times before, the smell is amazing but it was HOPELESS on my hair, left it feeling dry and frizzy...i'm not too sure if it's cuz i've got wavy hair or something, i found other shampoos to be much better..

The best is the Dove moisture shampoo (its dark blue), and the moisture conditioner/ or the Moisture therapy mask (the mask makes my hair reeeally healthy when its lost its perk) ..they're Magnificent and smells fab aswell

    i swear by it!
i have never used totally twisted, but i have used the one for color treated hair, and for helping ur hair be wavier, they rock, they make ur hair sooooooooooooo shiny and silky, even if u dont use conditioner!!!!! u should try any of them and u will more than likely like ur results!!!!!!!!!!!! hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I use the Totally Twisted Mousse and that seems to work pretty well, but I like their Hello Hydration and it makes my hair really soft and nice.
You get soft and sweet smelling hair! And u will probably get some ringlets of curls too!
it worksreally good and makes it really soft =]

  • Hair Question?? (shampoo/conditioner)?

Hi, my hair is very volumed, so i straighten it every day. It kinda gets that burnt smell if you know what i mean. I also have thick hair so i use thick hair shampoo and conditioner but it just leaves the burnt smell in my hair. So i started using Herbal essences i like the smell but it makes my hair knotted. Is there any shampoo/ conditioner that will untangle it but still smell good?Hair Question?? (shampoo/conditioner)?
Try Nexxus Therapy Shampoo and Nexxux Humectress Conditioner. The smell wonderful and leave your hair feeling sooooooooooooooo soft.Hair Question?? (shampoo/conditioner)?
no offence, but supermarket hair products are cheap %26amp; crap. You need to buy your products from a hair dresser

    Frederic fekkai shampoo/conditioner?

has anyone used the fredric fekkai shampoo for dry colored hair? i was thinking about getting it but not sure if it works wellFrederic fekkai shampoo/conditioner?
I don't use it personally, but a friend of mine recently bleached her hair, and took all the life out of her hair. We went to sephora last week and she got the fekkai technician shampoo and conditioner, and it REALLY worked. Her hair seems stronger and shinier already. I really recommend it.

Whats the BEST shampoo and Conditioner for??

For greasy, wavy, long, half colored hair. My hair got damaged from dying it so much so I had returned to my natural hair color but I was curious of what shampoo and conditioner would work for my hair and would help it grow... Any ideas??Whats the BEST shampoo and Conditioner for??
i would use matrix bioloage it is great for colored damaged hair you shold get the deep con. you use it 3 times a week and it will make your hair soft and non greasyWhats the BEST shampoo and Conditioner for??
This is a basic tip for smooth n silky hair, just apply coconut oil before an hour before washing ur hair. now there is too much of chemicals in shampoo n coditioners.so its better to go for an herbal product .

    http://www.remediesdirect.com/sls-free-shampoo.html

this link above will help u for a easy make out of a good herbal shampoo.

Shampoos, soaps, toothpastes etc are made from SLS and other chemicals .SLS is nothing but a chemical used to clean floors...........so think about ur hair n ur scalp when u use a floor cleaning shampoo.

so its better u go for a herbal shampoo and a conditioner if needed.

    SLS-free products are Recommended ..............
    try the tresseme range

    Get something all natural..
well all of that is on most shampoos and conditioenrs

Ok, then what's a good shampoo and conditioner under $10 each...?

That's good for color treated hair and keeps your hair shiny, healthy, and looking it's best.

And is that John Frida collection any good? I saw their add for that new shampoo and conditioner to bring out the blonde in you. And i dyed my hair buttercup blonde 21 days ago.

Thanx!!! this is a follow up question for my Pantene question earlier.Ok, then what's a good shampoo and conditioner under $10 each...?
I use Dove Shampoo %26amp; Conditioners. They come in a variety such as damaged hair, normal, color treatedect... I have really long hair down past my bum, and I have been using Dove for months and it works great. Both under $5.00 each at Wal-mart.

    Take care,

Kali :-)Ok, then what's a good shampoo and conditioner under $10 each...?
Tigi Beadhead is worth the extra money. It's $55 for a 700ml pump action shampoo and 700ml conditioner and there is a few diffrent one's to choose from like dumb blonde is the one i use, they also have one for brunettes and a few others.
yes, john frieda products work miracles. if you are blonde, i would recommend getting sheer blonde shampoo and conditioner, and treat with a clear glaze product every week (it is also part of the john frieda collection)
herbal essences - color me happy

it`s for dyed hair. i use it, and i love it ;] and since u dye ur hair, if u do have split ends, you can also get the color my happy leave in conditioner to help keep ur tips healthy.
I personally use NO conditioner, but alternate pantene and tresemme every other week, and I get compliments on how shiny and silky my hair looks. I will recomend them both, and yes, they are both under 10, good luck.

    i like john frieda alot

    but my favorite i would say is the;

joico silk renewal (you can get it in regis)

and bath and body works coconut/lime shampoo

    those two are really amazing

    herbal essences.

    john frida is okay.

herbal essences is good plus it smells

    like heaven in a bottle.

    My favorite shampoo brands are..

    Aussie

    Head %26amp; Shoulders

Aussie keeps hair healthy and smells soooo good it's not even funny lol
the mane and tail horse shampoo and conditioner is GREAT...also try Suave. I promise suave is really really good.
Garnier Fructis, definitely. It's done amazing things for my hair!!
    Pantene!
tresemme its really good shampoo and conditioner both together under 10$
Garnier Fructis. It smells great and it moisturizes your hair.
All I know is that pantene really does work good. It gets rid of all of the tangles and makes ur hair soft.
    I like herbal essences.

    It works good.

    It smells good.

    and it's cheap =]
Herbal Essence!!! (The one in the RED container) $5.00 and is good for coloured/ long hair.

    It rocks.
    garnier fruticus
try Garnier fructis Colour resist. Works really good and is 3$ a bottle.

Do you like redken all soft shampoo and conditioner?

Love them! and they smell sooooooo good! They work sooo well together too. The shampoo cleans and then practically conditions your hair before even using the conditioner! Then the conditioner makes it extra soft and shiny. Perfect for when you want to wear your hair down and straight.

I would also recommend the Heavy Cream too. I use it like once a week or every couple weeks. With all three combined you will be shocked at the difference in the condition of your hair and you WILL recieve a ton of compliments after just the first week trust me.

  • I had done re bonding of hairs just 3 days ago now which shampoo and conditioner should i used?

People usually prefer using shampoo, conditioner and serum of the same brand used for re bonding. If you used loreal, stick to their shampoo, conditioner and serum.

In fact once you've done re bonding, use shampoo only once a week and just conditioner on other days if you wash your hair frequently. I had done re bonding of hairs just 3 days ago now which shampoo and conditioner should i used?
Ordinary/Mediocre products - Plenty in the market like Pantene, Fiama, Dove, L'Oreal, Heads %26amp; Shoulders, etc etc. They won't live to their promise and may infact work contrary to what you desire.

Professional products - Segals Solutions. No harmful chemicals, only positive gentle stuff to offset the harshness of rebonding. It's got Chamomile extract, Hempseed oil, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein, Cystine, Soya Protein, Aloe Vera, Biotin, Jojoba Oil apart from many other exotic matter that will specifically help your case. Awesome. google it and study their entire Program. It has the widest possible range that delivers excellence....right from the roots. Incredible and unmatched with the stuff it is made of.

Whats the best shampoo and conditioner for me??

i have long split end damaged hair and in need of a new hair cut so should i ask my hairdresser what hair Shampoo and Conditioner would suit me or should i just keep looking?

my hair when Whats the best shampoo and conditioner for me??
Getting a haircut for starters is definitely the best thing. There's no other cure for split ends; even products that claim to mend them. AVOID THESE!!! They only temporarily glue the ends together, and eventually end up with the split continuing farther up the hair shaft.

Damage and splits are multi-caused. To avoid them again and repair what is already done, consider the following

-get your hair trimmed regularly (about every 6-8 weeks) no matter how desperately you don't want to lose that one inch! In turn, your hair will actually grow faster and be healthier.

-Try to avoid washing your hair too regularly. Most shampoos have silicones and other ingredients that strip your hair of moisture and make it more susceptible to breakage and damage.

-Don't take steaming hot showers. The hot water also will damage your hair. Rinse in cool-cold water to seal the cuticle to make it shinier and softer.

-Try to stay away from using heat tools too often. Put the flat iron and the blow dryer away for a while. You'll notice a big difference

-If/when you swim in chlorine, rinse your hair in clean water first. This will keep your hair from soaking in too much of the chlorine water.

As far as shampoo and conditioner, you don't need anything all too fancy. Tresemme and garnier fructis are great brands and have a variety of products. They are very reasonable and do an excellent job. You can pick them up at a drug store. Anything for damaged or dry hair should do the trick.

Hope I helped! Whats the best shampoo and conditioner for me??
Your hairdresser will probably try to sell you a very expensive make in store,

i'd suggest a repair and care shampoo %26amp; conditioner

and use of a leave in conditioner once a week.

Don't use Herbal Essences yet, use a dandruff shampoo. Dandruff isn't caused by dry hair or scalp, its kind of a skin condition that needs to be medically treated. Use Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky. It'll clear up your dandruff and give you gorgeous hairWhich Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner should I use?

    Hair shampoo +conditioner?

ughh! im looking for a shampoo and conditioner. i want to get rid of frizz and have smooth, perfect hair. whats the best shampoo and conditioner for that?

is it better to use organic( bumble and bumble, kiss my fave)

    or

stuff like: tresemme .herbel esencses. garnier fructis?

so whats th absolute best? THANKSHair shampoo +conditioner?
    pantene pro v smooth.

do not use herbel esencses, it has something in it ( i dont remember what)

but it makes that shampoo smell really good but its extreamly bad for your hair, my friend and i went to a salon in arizon with her mom and a professional hair dresser told us this !!Hair shampoo +conditioner?
I've been using garnier fructis ';sleek and shine'; for a while now and it works. Just using it alone won't work though. I leave the conditioner in for about 3-4 minutes to let it soke in, then at the end of your shower rinse with cold water, this smoothes the hair and keeps it from getting frizzy.
i have the same problem.. its so ANNOYING

i use herbel esencses but garnier fructis (sorry if i spelled it wrong) works really well to control frizz. the organic stuff is good but not for like hair like ours
I used to have the same problem. I use Tresemme 'Smooth and Silky' shampoo and conditioner. It's Intensely moisturising to calm frizz and tame unruly hair. It leaves hair touchably soft and salon-smooth %26amp; silky.

Good luck. Hope this helps :-)
I use tresemme and I love it makes my hair smell good a smooth and shiny. I used to use herbel esencses but I found it made my hair greasy and firzzy. So if I were you i would go with tresemme .
neither, i use this stuff tht comes in like little packages and my favorite is called

Hiar One Hair Cleanser and Conditioner with Olive Oil

Oh my gosh it works like a charm, my advice is to take your normal shower then do your shampoo and at the end of your shower dry off your hair a LITTLE! THEN PUT IT ON, after you kinda dry off your hair, and wait about 10 minutes then wash it out and your hair will be sooo smooth and smell great!

    hope i helped!

    kelly
I haven't shopped around much, and don't have this awful frizzy problem. But what I do know is that on the days I've had wild hair (because, yes, I do have them), Pantene shampoo and conditioner worked wonderfully. I mean, really, you can only go so wrong with Pantene. (No, I am NOT a sales marketer!)
Hey, I use Garnier Fructis for mine, but theres so many different kinds. Try to find one that says Sleek and Shine, or theres one for frizz control.

Herbel Esencses with Hydrating Power is ok, but if you want it to be really smooth, use that, and then straighten your hair.

    Hope I helped :]

    Swimmers shampoo/conditioner?

i have recently taken up swimming and am swimming for 2 hours everyday. and my hair has been suffering, it feels very dry lately. i have been using an aussie:moist shampoo and condtioner, but it hasnt done anything.

i was a competitive swimmer for 10 years, and it does a number on your hair. use detangling based shampoos, and my mom got me to use head and shoulders and it really worked

    GL!
im on a swim team.. and this is what i use

    Ultra swim

    -ultra repair conditioner

    -ultra repair shampoo

    works great.
We swim alot too and one thing I've heard of doing is 'before' you get into the water to get your hair really wet and/or put conditioner on your hair. That way your hair follicles are already soaked with good stuff and won't absorb so much chlorine water.

Other than that I have seen certain shampoos at the store that specifically are labeled for swimmers. Next time I see one I'll let you know what it is.
I realy have the same problem too with my hair .my coach advice me to wear a a swimming cap ,and i use an aqua shield cream for my hair that keep hair good.

A good salon shampoo and conditioner is the redken allsoft, perfect for dry damaged hair it has advocado oil which is very moisterizing. And for a heat protecter use the loreal in the black squeeze bottle with the hot pink top, it smells good and works fabulously!! Plus you may need a trim or your hair will keep splitting.**********RIGHT shampoo/conditioner for ME********?
okay before i straighten my hair get the purple bottle of sunsilk that works amazing. Put some on while its a little wet from coming out of the shower then when dry put like a dime size in your hand and rub on your dead ends. then straighten. after use Aussie Hair-Insurance! that makes your hair SOOOO soft im telling ya! you can get both of those at wal-mart. and Salon shampoo and conditioner i recommend Biologe it is a white bottle with like green leaves on it. Hope i helped!
shampoo and conditioner try hello hydration by herbal essence it smellls great and it works wonders

    Tressemme shampoo/conditioner?

alright, so honestly..i'm a hair product junkie! i'm thinking my next shampoo/conditioner i'll try is tressemme. which one's your fave and does it acutally work well? thanks a bunch! any tips or tricks as well would be appreciated :)Tressemme shampoo/conditioner?
Tresemme is definitely one of the best shampoos ever without being too expensive! i love the whole range because they have certain ones just for your hair type. i am also a beauty junkie and this is defitnely one of my favourite products EVER! if you have damaged hair then you should use smooth and silky or anti breakage. if you have normal hair then just use natural or deep cleansing and i think they also make one for dyed or highlighted hair. but i would highly recommend Tresemme to everyone!Tressemme shampoo/conditioner?
Tresemme is the best really its my fave i to am a hair product junkie and tresemme is my fave it smells so good and it makes my hair feel soft and smooth.

I use the heat defence one and i have the spray aswel lol i deffo recommend!! =) xx

Also i really like Andrew collinge.
tressemme is okay, i think it depends on your hair though. i love dove and herbal essences, it tames my hair and makes it silky.
I really like tressemme but i find if i use it to often it stops working as effectively but thats the same with most products

My favourites are their deep conditioner and moisture rich.
I think tresemme is one of my favourites! It makes hair nice and shiny.

    Perfect Shampoo/Conditioner?

I know this sounds unlikely but is there a shampoo/conditioner for my natural light blonde hair that will

    Make it soft

    Make it volumized

    take the green tint out

make my hair shiny and healthy looking

I had John Frieda for a while but im sick of it

I tried blonde Pantene but i HATE the smell!

    I tried Garnier

    I tried Sunsilk

and all of those worked for a while then it made my hair flat.

Please something that I can just grab at Target for $10 or less!

    thanksPerfect Shampoo/Conditioner?
well, the one i want to recommend i don't think you can get for ten dollars. but, it works great. i use Biolage hair products. they work miracles with your hair and smells great !! hope i helped =]Perfect Shampoo/Conditioner?
I suggest Herbal Essence. They've continued to work for me for a very long time. I don't know this to be a fact, but I think that some of the proffesional/expensive shampoos have more chemicals in them that your hair will adapt to, therefore it willl no longer work.

Herbal Essence is pretty cheap, plus it comes in many different kinds. If you cannot decide between two types I usually get one for my shampoo then another type for my conditioner.

    Good luck!!!

(also: this may be more expensive and harder to get, but ask your hairdresser what she suggests)
i would say use herbal essences they have all kinds of shampoo and conditioner sets made for like everything, each scent focuses on something different and does other thing along with the main thing.
try tresemme i use moisture rich i love it
    Tresseme'
I'd try TRESemme or Herbal Essences... but if you want something that would really work (salon brand) I would try Redken All Soft Shampoo and Redken Body Full Conditioner.
do not send me a message ever again!!!!
Try herbal essences new one where on the advert there's the parrots that go ';Turn down the volume';.

    Best Shampoo/Conditioner for my hair.....?

My hair is super fine, thin dry and VERY super-ultra straight. what shampoo/conditioner would be best to give my hair volume and not-super-straightness? Please?Best Shampoo/Conditioner for my hair.....?
i like tresemm'e my hair is fine and dry but curly. also try not using conditioner everyday. it actually will pull your hair down. i love pantene but it doesnt do what i want it too. also switch shampoos and conditioners. using the same kind from my experience after awhile the yeah goes to blah. so i will use sauve or vo5 and if ya have well water you will need a special shampoo and conditioner for that atleast once a week. good luckBest Shampoo/Conditioner for my hair.....?
My hair is the same way! Look for something very moisturizing, ESPECIALLY in your conditioner. Look for anything containing aloe, shea or cocoa butter, coconut, olive, or jojoba oils. I like Garnier Fructis for conditioner (I've never tried their shampoo though so I don't know if it's any good) and Giovanni for shampoo (it's all natural and makes your easy to detangle and smells FABULOUS!).

Also try a volumizing shampoo as well, or you could just use a good mousse when you blow dry, which is what I do.
It depends. Like you said, you told us your hair is super dry and straight. I suggest you get a PANTENE CLASSIC CARE. That's 2 in1, but shampoo and conditioner isn't going to help everything. Brush your hair, and don't use hairspray.
    Try this shampoo

    http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?鈥?/a>

    And this conditioner

Dove green tea and cucumber!! i have very strait blonde fine hair and it works goof at giving me non dry silky smooth hair and extra volume!! i love it!
welll garnier has a bunch of specific shampoos....look at your local CVS for garnier volume booster.
pantene volume does wonders while adding shine, body, and silkiness to hair! Try it out! I hope I helped!
That's what my hair is like and I use Herbal Essences Hydralicious. It gives your hair body and silkiness.
    use neutrogena
Paul Mitchell tea tree, its what i use and im the same way
    i love Garnier!
i've heard sunsilk anti flat line is good. does not strain the pocket too

    Best Shampoo/ Conditioner?

I am looking for the best drugstore shampoo/conditioner. I am already using sunsilk anti-flat, but I have been considering herbal essences/garnier/head %26amp; shoulders. It makes my hair sooooo smooth and silky!! Frizz is a thing of the past! I love it! It also makes it sooo managable to do any style. It's about $3 or $4 you can buy it at Target, Walmart, or any drugstore.

    Good luck!Best Shampoo/ Conditioner?
You sound like me....I use a moisturizing shampoo and a light conditioner. ( And once a week use a conditioning balm...if needed) Use some kind of shine serum...I have been using Aveda's shine, prep smoother, and their volumizing foam. It took some time for me to get use to the smell but I love em! Good Luck!!

I just got highlights and im wondering what a good shampoo is.

    --thanks for the help!--Best Shampoo/Conditioner?
    Redken Smooth Down =)Best Shampoo/Conditioner?
I use Federick Fekkai or Pureolgy products. Both brands work very well but are costly ($20 per bottle of shampoo and conditioner).
i think that the line of Biologe for colored hair is the best!!! its by matrix. you can get it at any local salon. Try it you will love it!!!!
I have been using John Frieda for over a year now. Works great.
Personally I love using products from Lush (www.lush.ca) for hair. I would guess that your highlights are blonde and if so Lush has a great solid shampoo called ';the blonde'; it helps to keep your blonde hair blonde and keeps it nice and shiny. Lush does not test on animals (if that is a concern for you) and they have some of the freshest products on the market. Granted they can be a little pricey but a little product goes a long way. Hopefully this helped and good luck on your search for a new shampoo.
I use Pantene Shampoo and conditioner, I really, really like it.

    Horse Shampoo & conditioner?

Recently, I have been using Horse Shampoo and Conditioner. I see some growth. I wash my hair maybe, 1-2 every other days. Do you think if I wash everyday, it will grow faster?

    * I know this is in the wrong section*Horse Shampoo %26amp; conditioner?
i use mane n'tail every day and yeah it really does grow faster you'll notice a big difference soon, but dont wash too continously take some breaks

    to save your hair

    :)Horse Shampoo %26amp; conditioner?
What you wash your hair with will not make it grow faster. It will just help keep it healthy.

Taking a multivitamin every day will help increase hair growth and give you stronger nails. It may help your skin tone as well.
You can't make your hair grow faster. Horse shampoo is great, but no, you're not going to have success there. Hair grows how it grows.
It might but it isn't too good to wash it every single day, i think.
Some of my friends use Mane N Tail, too. I've never heared abour shampoo making hair grow faster..maybe it just makes it straighter so it looks longer, but maybe it does.. that's cool

    Best shampoo & Conditioner?

I'm thinking about switching the shampoo and conditioner that I use because it's just not softening my hair like the one I used to use before they changed the formula.

I use Garneir right now but I am looking into getting one of these two:

    -Nexxus

    -L'oreal Vive Pro

Does anybody know anything about these, or can reccomend something better?

Thank you! :)Best shampoo %26amp; Conditioner?
I've used Nexxus Biolage before - good stuff, especially the conditioner. I use Redken Smooth Down line now and really like it alot. I straighten my hair and like their heat glide product alot.Best shampoo %26amp; Conditioner?
nexxus is very very good. For a conditioner, go with Keraphix. It will make your hair so soft and wonderful! This is a great conditioner for dry, damaged, or color treated hair. Note that this conditioner does not protect from UV rays, so if your hair is dyed a darker color, this conditioner won't protect it from becoming brassy. Do not try Nexxus Botanoil, unless you only wash your hair once a week (lol) because if you use this too often, will will make your scalp oily (ew.) I recommend for a shampoo to use Therapee. The first few uses you won't notice a difference, but after about a week you'll see your hair becoming more healthy.
Nexxus biolage' is great but Redken has a great line to meet any hair need. don't get me wrong so does L'oreal (which also makes Garnier) maybe you're using wrong formula. I suggest ask your professional hair salon/stylist. they could make great suggestions for you. It's more expensive but your product will work better and last longer.
    well i have curly hair

and to make my hair soft and shine i use sunsilk curls its in the green bottle and makes my hair extremely soft. They also have different sunsilk shampoos and conditioners for straight and wavy hair. So it really has a good variety for all types of hair.
OMG get mane and tail. do ittttttt. the shampoo untangles your hair and the conditioner makes it amazingly shiny :D do ittt- you can tell after the first use- make sure to rub the shampoo in really good for shinyness :)
Honestly, I use Head and Shoulders. It may seem strange, but it makes my hair incredibly soft, keeps my scalp free of dandruff, and it smells good, too. I've tried many other shampoos, like Sunsilk, Herbal Essences, Garnier, etc etc, but nothing measures up to Head and Shoulders! :)
Kerastase conditioner, makes my hair feel like butter.

Pretty expensive but its what the experts use and it mends split ends.
herbal essences. it works very good. i have been using it for about 2 years. get the orange kind if you do get it. it makes your hair smell very good and people will notice it.
Herbal Essences is good. So is Aussie and Nexxus is also pretty decent.
I have really cruly hair and it can get tangly but even if your hair isnt like that i would use L'oreal Vive pro or Hearble Essences and to really be soft i would use Pantne
John Frieda's Shampoos are wonderful and so are Garnier Fructis's Sleek %26amp; Shine Fortifying Conditioners :)
