How do I know if a shampoo or conditioner is pH balanced?
Will it say on the bottle??PH balanced shampoo/conditioner?
get a Redken Shampoo and Conditioner. It sould bein the white bottel with a gold logo on it called ';Balance care shampoo'; or a Paul mitchels ';awapulii'; or Biolage ';nutralizing shampoo'; i would go for the biolage myself, it smells the best
