Hair Question?? (shampoo/conditioner)?

Hi, my hair is very volumed, so i straighten it every day. It kinda gets that burnt smell if you know what i mean. I also have thick hair so i use thick hair shampoo and conditioner but it just leaves the burnt smell in my hair. So i started using Herbal essences i like the smell but it makes my hair knotted. Is there any shampoo/ conditioner that will untangle it but still smell good?Hair Question?? (shampoo/conditioner)?
