A good shampoo & conditioner for me????

i straighten my hair everyday so i need something with lots of moisture, etc. do you have any suggestions? thnx!A good shampoo %26amp; conditioner for me????
Any straightening shampoo will do. But a great hair straightening cream is hang straight by Aveda. you have to buy it in salons or on line but it is awesome. I'm an ex hair stylist. Shampoo's don't really make much difference. Just depends on the ingredients really. You don't want to have too much build up in your hair though. It is good about once a week to use a very plain cleansing shampoo. One that doesn't help curl, straighten, de- frizz nothing. Just plain shampoo. That will strip the buildup off your hair strands. But it is also good to use a deep conditioner once a month or so. Anything thick will do or a hot oil treatment. You can buy either of these at your local walmart or k-mart. If it helps put your hair in saran wrap and blow over it with your hair dryer on warm. That will open the hair cuticle and let the moisture in. Just rinse well. Also keep your hair trimmed. Even if your trying to grow it out. It always looks more dried out if it doesn't have a clean cut. moisturizing john Frieda in your hair color or garnier fructis moisturizing shampoo. It rlly works. I flat iron my hair every day and those both kept my hair shiny soft and unfrizzy. Also, you should use a heat protection spray to keep the moister in your hair.
