I`ve heard of :

And I`ve also heard about :

I have medium length hair .


it`s healthy and everything


but it`s superflat from the crown


which makes it look REALLY BAD !


any really good volumizing shampoos ?

i use pantene, and it makes my hair soft and a bit too volumized for me ;D

I've used both of those and prefer Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner. I prefer it because I think it gives me better volume and Pantene has wax in it so it can damage your hair overtime. If you want volume consider curling your hair because curls generally look more volumous than straight hair. You could try teasing at the crown for more volume, but overtime it might damage your hair if you do it a lot. Try using other volumizing products besides just shampoo and conditioner like Tresemme 24 Hour Body Hairspray. Hope I helped! :)
