I have different shampoo and conditioner for my hair. Ex. shampoo is for dry/damaged hair and the conditioner is to make your hair smooth/silky. So, when I take a shower and use both of these hair products, will they both do what they are supposed to do, or am I suppose to buy the other same product to get what I want done? Please help!Shampoo and Conditioner Question?
i do the same thing. i use shampoo for strong and long hair to help damaged hair. and i use conditioner for colored hair so my color stays nice. they work fine. i love it better cuz you get what your need. your shampoo and conditioner are fine as is. they will work their magic.Shampoo and Conditioner Question?
';Shampoo is better. I go on first and clean the hair';
Conditioner is better. I leave the hair silky and smoothe.';
haha.
All those products are mostly a scam, read the ingredients they are mostly the same but claim to do different stuff.. They want to appeal to everyone so they have to show diversity. If you use Voluming shampoo and super conditioning conditioner, your hair will come out the same as if you bought the voluming conditioner most likely.. I have never seen a difference in my many years of using different shampoos/conditioners on my own hair. It comes down to styling and what you use afterwards
Im not sure if they would cancel each other out, but I dont think so. Most hair products work best when used with its 'companion' product. I use shamp/cond that is for dry hair, brittle, a good moisturizing one, then I use a smoothing serum after words, its just a small bottle, I use about 5 squirts a day, on wet hair after Ive combed it, run it thru hair, and it leaves it super smooth and shiny, soft. I sugest doing this, so you can get full result from shampoo conditioner. Otherwise, how long have you been using diff shamp/conditioner? If it seems to work on your hair, stay with it!
I always use both... The shampoo is to clean the hair but the conditioner keeps it soft and easy to brush. I can't go without conditioner or I wouldn't get the knots out or be able to manage it. And I know it is good and clean from the shampoo.
IDK once you figure it out, get a dehumidifier and a humidifier, put them in the same room for the night, shut the door, and see what happens.
they do what they do.
definitely use both. unless it turns your hair green. then you probably shouldn't.
