How come when you go to a salon they use a lot of shampoo and conditioner but at home you use just a little?

In salons, they buy a lot of shampoo and conditioners they do not follow manufacturers instructions - a little dab in the palm of your hand. And since they buy a lot of shampoos, they can afford more. At home you usually follow the manufacturers instructions and use less so those bottles that you use last a long time. Unless of course if you have long hair.

they do that to be protective. sometimes you don't know if u have dry scalp or dirt in ur hair, or even lice and u can't see it so they be protective and help with ur hair. if u have lice they aren't supposed to keep doing ur hair. they are supposed to keep ur hair nice, and help to keep it nice.
