And when months goes by another spot on my head it loose some and grows back. It repeatly everytime. There isn't really any conclusive treatment for alopecia areata. The condition eithers continue or stops suddenly. Some bald patches might face with regrowth while some won't even grow back at all. However, doctors might give you some minoxidil to help stimulate hair growth. is it stress related if so i woudltn look at shampos e.t.c just at relieving your stress. i hae telogen efflv=uvium at the moment due to low iron and stress so my doctor told me all i can do is take iron tablets and de stres..though that is easier said than done i know. i think just be as gentle as possible with your hair, use baby shampoos and l ly wash when you have to, like once a week if its not greasy
