Okay a fiew weeks ago i went to a hair care course. A woman over 50 years old taught me, shes been doing this for years.





The only shampoo in the drugstores that you should use is DOVE. NOTHING ELSE! not tres emme, pantene garnier none... not even if you see a comercial that says it will leave your hair healthy ect. It wont! you will find your hair less greasy healthy and great. other shampoos make you have to wash your hair every day. you can go a couple days with out washing your hair with doveWhat is the best shampoo and conditioner? Hey! I have wavy/curly hair a little. EVERYONE thinks I have like the softest hair ever and I hate to believe it, but I do. I use Herbal Essences and it's a very good shampoo/conditioner.





I recommend it for you. It's the purple kind and it's specifically for Wavy/Curly hair. It's called Totally Twisted and I don't think it's that expensive!
Pantene pro-v is the best shampoo.I always use it, I also have curly hair. Use the one for curly hair.It makes your hair soft and fresh. Use daily for best results.





Also use Pantene pro-v hair spray for stayling your hair.
I use Garnier Fructis extremely damaged/dry hair, because my hair is really damaged from flat ironing in the past, so you might want that if you didn't like your curly locks in the past, or now.
