Shampoo/conditioner for highlights?

Hi,

I have just had my hair highlighted and wondered what is the best shampoo and conditioner for my hair.

My hair is bob length and naturally coarse, dry and thick.

Many thanks for your help.Shampoo/conditioner for highlights?
Don't get sucked into salon brands, Pantene and Tresemme are just as good!

Get one made for colored hair, it's gentler and will then be less harsh on your color so it won't wash out or fade so easily/quickly as a more harsh shampoo will.

For conditioner, the formula itself just for colored hair is by default better for moisturizing and making the hair softer because coloring is pretty harsh on hair. So you should be covered on conditioning just by getting the kind made for colored hair.

All colored means is the product is gentler and more filled with agents to smooth the hair, it's actually great for anyone to use because of that. People think it CONTAINS color, not true at all, it's just gentler and more full of softeners.

Hope that helps =o)Shampoo/conditioner for highlights?
Lush do a shampoo specifically to keep the colour in highlights nice- 'daddy-o' smells like parma violets and really makes your hair smooth and shiny. Also their hair treatment 'marylin' is very moisturising and helps keep blonde bits blonde.
I have highlighted hair and LOVE the Pantene products. They sale many different lines. There hairspray also works well.
You should get a shampoo for dry, damage hair.
