john Frieda is a good shampoo, they are the makers of redken products as well. I would suggest redken extreme. that would be a good product for your bleach blonde, it will help repair it. However john Frieda will not change the color.

John Frieda shampoo & conditioner?
I heard this is a great product to use for brunette hair, but i have bleached blonde in my hair aswell (line in the middle) will it change the colour if I use it?John Frieda shampoo %26amp; conditioner?
